Room and Cancellation Policy
A credit card number and contact details are required to secure your booking.
Check in is between 4pm - 9pm Monday, Tuesday & Sunday, and 4pm-11pm Wednesday to Saturday
( early check in is available upon request @ £10 Extra, subject to availability, late check in also available by prior arrangement).
All rooms are non-smoking. Should you smoke there will be a charge of £150 plus VAT to cover the cost of a deep clean to remove tobacco odours.
Should you lose your key and fob or fail to return it on departure, you will be charged £50 plus VAT to cover the cost of a replacement of both. If the key is returned, a refund will be made.
You may cancel your room by 4pm on the day prior to arrival without incurring a charge. If you do not cancel by this time or if you fail to arrive, you will incur a charge equivalent to one night room rate and subsequent nights booked will be cancelled.
